I realized that China would inevitably become a key player on the global economic scene over 20 years ago. At the time, I was considered to be somewhat of an idealist. I, nevertheless, decided to pursue my studies which combined international management with Chinese studies and left Canada to explore this vast country in East-Asia. This opportunity allowed me to identify the various opportunities that China could offer North-American companies. Today, the Strataction team continues to contribute to the success of a growing number of clients by supporting their marketing efforts and operations in China.

Badara Seck and Nathalie Robitaille co-founded Strataction Conseil Inc. in 2004, after having lived and worked in China for over 10 years. While working for US and Canadian firms in the field of telecommunications, they both managed to build valuable contacts in various industries. Their partners in China further support the needs of Strataction’s clients, in terms of supply, exports, as well as for transfers of production.

 

Nathalie and Badara are both fluent in Mandarin. Combining their technical expertise with their business savvy, they have developed excellent knowledge of the obstacles of the Chinese system. Badara has a B.Sc. in Communication Systems from University of Nankai in Tianjin, China and Nathalie holds a M.Sc. from HEC in Montreal.
